Dog's Life (days 5, 6, 7)

It's going to be a while before I spend enough back-to-back hours outside trying out settings options etc.  So far I've been quite disappointed with my outdoor 'action' (dog and human) attempts.

Young Amy who was just curious enough to pause for a split second, enabling this shot (which focuses on the nose instead of the eyes but.... what a sweet nose!)  I tried to sharpen just the eyes a little in Photopaint and think it worked.

As you can see, it's a bit hard to stay away from Picasa once you've seen the difference a few of its preset effects and options can make to a photograph you'd otherwise not look twice at.
